These beta terms describe the boundaries of HearthGuide while the product is being tested.

Beta service

HearthGuide is an early, evolving service. Availability and features may change, and access may be limited or paused. Use the service only for lawful purposes and keep your ChatGPT account secure.

Planning guidance

Cost ranges, schedules, recommendations, and buyer previews are planning guidance based on the information available to the product. They are not an inspection, appraisal, warranty, legal disclosure, tax advice, or a promise of cost or condition. Verify important decisions with qualified professionals.

Records and sharing

You are responsible for the information you add and for deciding what to share. Household routines are kept separate from the property record. Vendor listings are informational; HearthGuide does not guarantee a vendor’s availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, workmanship, or results.

Your content

You retain responsibility for the property details, records, and documents you submit. You give HearthGuide permission to store and display that content to provide the service. Do not upload information you do not have permission to use.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the beta develops and will post the current version here. If you stop using HearthGuide, stop uploading new content; account data deletion requests can be made through the product’s available account channel, with a dedicated support contact to be added before broader availability.
